RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
IN-STORE PURCHASES
- Should I wish to exchange or return any items purchased within 30 days, we will gladly exchange them or, refund you by reversing the transaction on a STYLE account issuing a cash refund or giving you a refund in the form of a Gift Card. A receipt or gift receipt must be presented for a REFUND and provided that:
- The items are unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached.
- The items are in good condition so they can still be sold.
- Gift vouchers will not be refunded.
- Should you wish to return unused items AFTER 30 days and still have your till slip, you may not receive a refund but will still be issued a gift card to the value of the items, or you are welcome to exchange what you purchased for other goods.
- If you wish to return any items purchased in-store WITHOUT a receipt/till slip or gift receipt but your goods STILL have the original tags attached, the store may offer you an EXCHANGE on items.
- If you received items as a gift and wish to exchange them for other goods, this EXCHANGE may be done if the tags are still on (even if there is not receipt or gift receipt available).
- Three months return policy for APPAREL defective items & six months implied warranty for defective items.
- We will gladly accept return of the defective goods and reverse the transaction on your STYLE account or refund you in the form of a Gift card provided proof of purchase is produced.
- If upon inspection it is found that the items are not defective, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. You may be liable for the direct costs incurred.
